We offer 7am to 7pm helpdesk support 7 days a week and out of hours emergency cover. We support everything from failed PCs and servers, to printing and scanning, your Internet connection and your network.

Monitoring

A vital part of ensuring the ongoing integrity, security and availability of your network is to monitor it properly. At Dental IT, we tested many of the leading IT monitoring systems out there, thought we could do better, and decided to write our own.

None of our dental practice networks have ever been infected by ransomware or viruses that have destroyed server data where customers have taken our security advice. Security is a lot more than just an anti-virus, and a number of factors have to be taken into account to create an overall security strategy.

An easy onboarding process

We know how hard it is to change IT providers. With us, you're in safe hands, with a tried and tested handover process.

Audit

We look in detail at your network either remotely or onsite, and give you a proposal for any remedial works and other recommendations.  

Takeover 

We install local and remote backup systems as the first priority, to make sure your data is safe. Then we install remote access, remote monitoring software to enable us to keep your network safe and reliable.

Upgrade

In consultation with you, we will then book in and implement any agreed upgrades or recommendations that have come from the audit and proposals.

Maintain

Once stabilised and upgraded, we look after your network, and maintain the system in good safe order by monitoring backups, disk space, windows updates, antivirus, and many other key indicators.
